o Located in the historic inner city neighborhood of Slavic Village o Program Includes: - Gymnasium with Performance Stage - Little League Baseball "Mini-Stadium" - Football Field - Multi-Purpose Community Room - Education & Communications Center - Arts & Culture Area - Teen Lounge - Games Rooms - Kids Play Room - City Wide Club Administration Offices o Payto Architects Scope of services included: - Site Master Planning - Program Development - Project Design - Construction Drawings - Interior Design - Contract Administration This 27,000 sq ft. single story facility was developed for inner city children to have a safe haven to meet, do homework and belong to an organization that would provide fun activities as well as guidance. The scope of this project includes activity areas such as an Arts and Culture room, a computer facility, a teen lounge, separate teen and kids game rooms, a multi-purpose/community room, a library, the Achievement Plus Area and a full court gymnasium with spectator seating and a stage. The office area includes both the administrative and counseling offices for the facility as well as the Clubs administrative offices for the Greater Cleveland Area. The exterior program has a little-league baseball diamond with a mini stadium and a football field. |
