This complex adaptive re-use involved the integration of (3) existing structures dating from 1880, 1918 and 1947 with new construction. The historic context required a sensitive solution, which would integrate the adjacent structures and compliment the fabric and context of the campus. Even with the projects tight timeframe, budget and required operation of adjacent buildings during construction, it was completed on time and on budget.
