o Located on the Campus of University Hospitals of Cleveland at University Circle o Program Includes: - Construction of a new wing to the world renowned children’s medical facility - Renovation of portions of the existing children’s hospital o Payto Architects Scope of services included: - Site & Utilities Planning - Programming - Engineering Coordination - Assistance in Contract Administration This project consisted of a new addition to the existing children’s hospital in order to provide a larger ranger of medical services. Where the new addition joined the older building, we provided extensive renovation to the old structure. The very tight urban sight required a vertical solution. We needed to break down the massive scale of the structure. We teamed with NBBJ of Columbus who was the primary architect. Payto Architects’ responsibilities were engineering coordination, site clearing, utilities and renovation work. *In association with NBBJ |
