o This project was a merger of 2 distinct hospital facilities o Located on a 64-acre residential site o Designed in less than 10 months o First phase of a $50 million master plan o Program Includes: - 200 patient beds - Surgery unit - Emergency room - Critical care - Support departments o Firm Principal’s Scope of services included: - Master Planning - Facility Planning - Programming - Construction Documents - Construction Administration This facility was completed at a cost of $20 million and construction costs were 5% below the estimated cost. A merger of 2 distinct facilities, the 200-bed hospital has separate patient wings while sharing emergency, surgery, critical care and support departments. The design enhances yet blends with its 64-acre residential site. The complex was designed in less than 10 months, two thirds of the typical time frame for a project of this size and complexity.
