o Restoration of storefront of historic building in downtown Brecksville o Constructed in 1989 o Program Includes: - Façade Renovation - Signage integration - Streetscape design and integration - Limited construction budget o Payto Architects Scope of services included: - Project Design - Construction Drawings - Contract Administration This building is located in the downtown area of the small community of Brecksville. The goal of the project was to produce a façade that replicated the character of an earlier era in the town’s history. Since the budget was extremely limited, the openings all remained in original form. The final design solution emphasized trim, relationships to openings and color contrasts. The result produced an updated version of local “period” architecture. |
