The City of Cleveland Heights, an inner ring suburb of Cleveland, offers a storefront renovation program to local business owners to encourage the beautification and upkeep of the commercial properties within the City. Payto Architects has worked closely with property owners and the City Planning Department to develop economical design solutions that maximize the impact the businesses make on their surroundings.
Payto Architects involvement begins at the outset of the building evaluation. We meet with the owners and the City and establish the project complexity and scope. From this we develop design schemes to show several options. These renderings are then developed into construction documents, exterior finishes are selected, and the package is presented to the Architectural Board of Review.
Some of the projects with which Payto Architects has been involved include:
- Supreme Window & Glass
- Height’s Mini Storage
- Bussey’s Upholstery
- 2062 South Taylor Rd.
- 1836-1846 Coventry Rd.
- 2907-2911 Mayfield Rd.
- The Atma Center |
