Located on the first floor of an expanded building, the café was named Main Street Market and features nine themed food stations, as well as beverage stations. Adjacent is a gift store selling packaged foods, sundries and dry-cleaning. The 4,530-square-foot café is attached to the 425-seat, 8,000-square-foot multi-purpose dining room used both for regular dining and special catered events. Behind the café is a 3,360-square-foot production kitchen that supports daily meal service in addition to catered meals and events.
