This project was an emergency relocation of (3) university departments from a building that was scheduled to be demolished in conjunction with another project.
The program consisted of 18,000 square feet of renovation to convert an existing basement storage area into occupiable space for the University’s Printing Services, Central Stores and Mail Services. The project was programmed, designed and publicly bid in one month’s time. Bids were awarded and construction was completed, and the owner took occupancy within the required project schedule. |
