The program of this “fast track” project was developed around the concept of flexibility. As Phase III of a four-phase master plan, the building’s second floor would serve as a new home for the corporate sales, services and marketing departments. The first floor would serve as a hub for service training and customer service visitation. The building works in conjunction with a corporate kitchen & cafeteria project we developed for Marconi. The flexibility lies in the interior layouts, which allow for efficient reconfiguration while maintaining an open office environment, which maximizes natural lighting and views to the exterior.
