Offices o Located on downtown Cleveland Lakefront o 750,000 SF facility o Completed in 1990 o Program Includes: - 20 story office building - 2 five story buildings - 150 seat conference center - Restaurant - Health Club - Enclosed connecting corridors - 94 seat amphitheater on mezzanine level - Sky bridge connection from the Tower to parking structure. - Meeting Rooms - Training/ Studio Room o Payto Architects Scope of services included: - Master Plan Integration - Project Design - Design Development - Construction Drawings - Contract Administration The North Point Project takes is located at one of the most influential sites in downtown Cleveland, which served at the gateway to the City and the lakefront development that followed: i.e. (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center, Steamship Mather, RTA rail station, and the Stadium). Constructed upon the existing basement of the Cleveland Press Building, the sole benefit of this Project was to open itself and it’s occupants via scenic sight easements obtained from all four (4) quadrants. This dynamic principle for urban design yielded the opportunity for large effective footprints and the 94% efficiency.
