Parking Structure o Located on downtown Cleveland Lakefront o 1,000 space capacity o Completed in 1988 o Program Includes: - Access on (2) levels - Pedestrian bridge connection to North Point complex over railroad right of way - Roof enclosure to obscure vehicles from adjacent high rises above - Glass stair enclosures - View of lake not obstructed by structure o Payto Architects Scope of services included: - Master Plan Integration - Project Design - Design Development - Construction Drawings - Contract Administration This four level, 1,000 space parking garage, which is connected via pedestrian bridge over the rail lines to the North Point office complex, is located on the Downtown Cleveland lakefront. The design for this structure hinged on several very important criteria prescribed by the client. First, the garage was not allowed to obstruct the view from anywhere on the first floor of the office complex. Second, the client did not want to see any of the automobiles parked in the garage. Both of these requirements were achieved in this award winning low profile garage, which opens onto one of the busiest streets in Downtown Cleveland.
