The master plan for this project consisted of a 142 acre plan to accommodate 350 housing units. The major focal point was a lagoon, which we dredged to allow for our marina design. Along with this the project contained a clubhouse, restaurant, health club and five man made lakes to maximize the theme of water throughout the development. The marina included deep-water slips for 96 boats along with a harbormaster facility. Other amenities included flexible meeting rooms, a cabana and tennis courts.
