The intent of this project was convert a portion of the former bus garage building into the new Centennial Research Park. The completed project serves as an incubator/accelerator for businesses to form collaborations with KSU's Liquid Crystal Institute. The interior layout of the building is based around the concept of shared common lab spaces surrounded by tenant leasing spaces. These shared spaces promote collaboration between tenants. Break-out meeting spaces in the corridors further strengthen the sharing of ideas and information within the building.
