Located in the rapidly developing City of Strongsville, this corporate headquarters was developed with an eye on the future. With the ever changing field of insurance, the owners of this project needed a building which could not only house their current needs but also had the flexibility to expand or could be leased to other tenants depending on demand. This project not only gave the company a strong corporate image but also the flexibility required in the current business environment. Programs in this project include: open office flexible work space, fitness center, conference center, and 20 acre site to accomodate future growth.
