The nursing skills labs are instructional labs which are modeled after patient rooms for students to enact scenarios with the patient simulator device. The simulators can be controlled from the adjacent observation room which allows instructors to evaluate students without interfering with the senario. The education experience of nursing students is further enhanced by the proximity of the Regional Academic Center to several prestigous regional heathcare providers.
