This project creates a space for the University Archive within the fourth floor of the library. The goal of the project was to create a welcoming space which would draw visitors into the archive, and explore its contents. Display cases imbedded into the wall allows the archivest to display pieces of the collection in a flexible platform. Program for the space includes: shelving for storage of archives, office and research workspace and an intimate reading area for visitors.

This project was very well received by the client who said
