Mr. Payto's formal education combines both architecture and urban planning disciplines allowing him to consider every project in terms of the broad context and fine details. In over 50 years of practice, Mr. Payto has accrued a broad range of experience as building desiger, master planner for multi-facility developments, and as project manager. He has been recognized for his designs and has received numerous design awards. Mr. Payto's community involvement includes 18 years on the City of Cleveland Design Review Commission, 10 years as a Trustee for the Committee for Public Art. He has served as President for "Town Centre", a non-profit development corporation in Brecksville, OH for 10 years. Mr. Payto has also been a member of Kent State University School of Architecture Alumni Advisory Board for 15 years. He frequently serves as a judge for architectural award programs sponsored by organizations such as the Society for American Registered Architects.
Mr. Foster is a registered architect who has performed duties as a project manager, project designer, construction administrator and interior designer. This varied experience allows him to maintain a unique perspective of the entire process of building design and construction. Mr. Foster's dual role as project architect and construction administrator ensures that issues and concerns raised during project development are addressed in an orderly and timely manner. Mr. Foster's diverse project experience includes public and private sector projects including execution of bidding and construction administration of multiple prime contracts. Mr. Foster's community involvement includes serving on the City of Lakewood Architectural Review Board, board member of the Hattie Larlham Foundation and Technical Advistor to the Cleveland League of Women Voters Look up to Cleveland Program.
Christie Payto has 32 years of experience, entering the design world through a traditional apprenticeship. Her hands on approach with materials, fabrication, and installation led to a more complete understanding of the various trades involved in architecture and interior design, and allowed her to fill multiple project management positions. She has successfully teamed up with various regional architecture and engineering firms on different size projects with various budgets.
