Mr. Foster is a registered architect who has performed duties as a project manager, project designer, construction administrator and interior designer. This varied experience allows him to maintain a unique perspective of the entire process of building design and construction. Mr. Foster's dual role as project architect and construction administrator ensures that issues and concerns raised during project development are addressed in an orderly and timely manner. Mr. Foster's diverse project experience includes public and private sector projects including execution of bidding and construction administration of multiple prime contracts. Mr. Foster's community involvement includes serving on the City of Lakewood Architectural Review Board, board member of the Hattie Larlham Foundation and Technical Advistor to the Cleveland League of Women Voters Look up to Cleveland Program.
Aaron is an educator, researcher and architectural practitioner. His thesis work involved the research of and design for the urban environment's capacity to adapt and integrate climate refugees within the working fabric of a city. Aaron has worked with a variety of organizations in Cleveland on a range of projects redeveloping historical buildings, designing new libraries, refurbishing a shipping container into a mobile community classroom as well as researching biological material potentials for the built environment. Aaron's community involvement includes being a Cleveland Public Library Community Engagement Volunteer.
Austin is a design professional working toward his architectural license. He has been working at Payto Architects for 2 years where his passion is digital drafting, graphic design, 3D modeling, code and ordinance reviewing. Austin has worked on various residential architecture projects providing documents, interior design and facade design. Austin's community involvement includes being the Past President of Builders of the Kingdom Youth Group at St. Gabriel's Church, and a Group Leader for Look Up To Cleveland Leadership Center.
